Hi, I’m Ashley Jablow.

I believe your work should support you to live a joyful and fulfilling life as you define it.

Not how society defines a good life. Not even how “past you” defined it.

my story

Like you, I know what it feels like to have checked all the “right” boxes and still feel really, really off.

For the first 15 years of my career, I was a high achiever. I earned an MBA at a top school, worked my way up at top companies. I even worked at The White House.

But I still felt like a round peg in a square hole.

No matter how much striving I did…

No matter how savvy I thought I was being about ‘making the right choice…’

No matter what my job title was or how fancy the company name…

I could sense the knot in my stomach every time I walked into the office, worrying about what chaos was waiting for me. I could feel the misalignment every time I had to fake excitement about a new project that had been assigned to me. I could recognize the inner turmoil I felt every time I had to suppress my inner knowing in favor of what I thought was the right thing to say or do.

I knew I was stuck.

And then in 2017, on a Wednesday morning over a Google hangout, I was laid off.  And my career as I knew it was all over.

At my desk just a few months before being laid off in 2017.

i am a wayfinder

Slowly, with patience, dedication, trust and support – I figured out my purpose as a career and life coach guiding ambitious women to come back to themselves.

And it's a delight now to bring my own purpose to life by guiding my clients to discover their own.

From the beginning of my coaching business, Wayfinders Collective, I’ve been guided by the belief that we all have the inherent right to design our lives and our careers around what brings us meaning: our values, our priorities, and the impact we desire to have in the world.

I recently learned of a Zulu greeting, Sawubona, which loosely translated means “I see you, and by seeing you, I bring you into being.” This is a beautiful way to reflect how I see my role as a coach and guide.

A career and life that lights you up is possible for you. And it would be my honor to support you to achieve it.
